*I understand that deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable to future litters. Since deposits are being made on unborn litters I understand that Danes and Doodles LLC has no control over markings of puppies, litter size, or the unfortunate event of false pregnancies or puppy losses. If in the event one of the above arrises, Danes and Doodles does are best to get families moved to another litter as soon as possible. Danes and Doodles has the right to refund deposit if we feel we cannot satisfy a customer and work out the difference if one should arise. If a litter does not produce markings that are preferred by customer. They will have the option of choosing a puppy with different markings. At that point price may vary from original agreed price. Danes and Doodles LLC Requires a $362.00 non-refundable deposit (Goes towards purchase price) to reserve a puppy. We can not mark a puppy “reserved” until we receive the deposit and a signed Bill of Sale/Sales Contract and the Terms and Conditions.

Deposit, Payment, Payment of Purchase Price, Fees

Buyer is required to make a $362.00 non-refundable, (unless otherwise specified) (that goes towards purchase price) to reserve a puppy. Purchase Price is as listed $$ + Tax - $362.00 Deposit = Balance Due $$ due upon release of the Dog/Puppy to Buyer. Delivery Is Additional Fee, (contact us for pricing). The expected go home date is 8 weeks from D.O.B. --/--/26, Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal is preferred Payment for the balance. If paying by PayPal or Credit Card a (3% surcharge applies)

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the Dog if: (a) Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the dog for any reason, or (b) Buyer fails to pay the balance of the Purchase price within 7 days of the agreed go home date. In the event that the Dog/Puppy is not available due to sickness, death or any other circumstance owing to the fault of the Seller, Buyer’s deposit will, at Buyer’s option, be either (1) refunded or (2) transferred to another puppy out of that litter or put on for the next litter of puppies. A boarding fee of $5.00 per day will be charged for each day the Dog/Puppy is boarded by Seller past the agreed go home date.

HEALTH GUARANTEE IS OPTIONAL, (by enrolling in the NuVet Program within (7) days from the day you receive the puppy and must keep puppy on for the whole year or Health Guarantee is Null) see the GUARANTEE/CONTRACT button on our website for details or ask us for a copy. Your new puppy is sold as pet quality only with no guarantees regarding color, shade and/or size. No promises are given that he/she will qualify as a breeder, or a show dog. We guarantee the good health of your puppy at the time you receive it.

YOU HAVE 72 HOURS TO HAVE YOUR PUPPY VET CHECKED AND LET US KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES.

We serve on a first call, first text bases (calling is much faster surer way to communicate and get in line with us on a puppy) and if you are asking on a puppy we try to give you all the time you need to make sure it’s the right one for you! Because it’s a big decision to make! However if we get another person asking about the same puppy we will reach out to you saying we have another person interested and asking about the same puppy otherwise we just wait till you contact us. We will not pressure you. Please note if we reach out then we truly have another person asking and will need to move forward to give them time too. In the event Shipping is required there will be an additional fee.(contact us for pricing)

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. Seller and buyer have made no other agreements, promises, representations or warranties, express or implied, unless specifically stated in this Agreement.
